Case Management As An Approach To Improve Judicial Performance
Much Judicial And Legal Work Relates To Economic Transactions Which Are Increasingly Becoming More Complex. Contract Enforcement For These Transactions Requires Effective And Rapid Judicial Review For The Resources To Put To Best Use.
