Metrolinx’s Chief Planning Officer and the executive lead overseeing a complex portfolio ranging from transit plannin_g, integrated design an benefitsmanagement. Stie is responsible for extracting public benefits and value from transit investments through evidence based long-range planning and design excellence. As one of Canada s 2017 100 Most Powerful Women Leslie has gained an international reputation for her views on the future of cities and the importance of women’s roles in leading that future. Outside of Metrolinx, she is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute as a member of the Americas Executive Committee and a Global Governing Trustee, and is also a Director on the Women’s-College Hospital board.
